Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance, solid mounting surface, and away from heat sources.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Securely mount the indoor unit on wall bracket ensuring level installation.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable pad with proper vibration isolation and clearance for airflow.
- Connect Refrigerant Lines: Connect copper lines between indoor and outdoor units using proper flaring techniques.
- Vacuum and Charge System: Evacuate system to 500 microns minimum, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Electrical Connections: Connect power wiring according to local electrical codes and unit specifications.
- Drain Line Installation: Install condensate drain line with proper slope and trap where required.
