Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Drill with hole saw attachment
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe cutter
  • Vacuum pump
  • Manifold gauge set
  • Tape measure
  • Torque wrench

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings) and solid mounting surface.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate on wall, ensuring it's level. Hang indoor unit securely on the plate.
  3. Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper vibration isolation pads.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Lines: Run copper piping between indoor and outdoor units. Ensure proper insulation on suction line.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect power wiring according to local electrical codes. Install dedicated circuit with proper breaker.
  6. Connect Drain Line: Install condensate drain line with proper slope (minimum 1% grade) to ensure proper drainage.
  7. Vacuum and Charge System: Evacuate system to 500 microns, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
  8. Test Run: Run system through complete cooling and heating cycles to check for proper operation and leaks.
Warning: All installations must be performed by a qualified HVAC technician. Improper installation can cause equipment damage, void warranty, and create safety hazards.

Key Features

Inverter Compressor Technology

Advanced inverter compressor adjusts cooling/heating output to match room requirements, providing consistent temperature control while reducing energy consumption.

Wi-Fi Smart Control

Connect to home Wi-Fi for remote control via smartphone app. Schedule operations, monitor energy usage, and receive maintenance alerts from anywhere.

Multi-Stage Filtration System

Four-stage filtration including HEPA filter, activated carbon, antibacterial coating, and dust filter to remove allergens, odors, and airborne particles.

Quiet Operation

Specially designed fan blades and vibration-dampening technology provide ultra-quiet operation as low as 19 dB in sleep mode.

Auto Clean Function

Automatically dries the indoor unit's heat exchanger after use to prevent mold and bacteria growth, maintaining air quality and unit efficiency.

Wide Angle Airflow

Multi-directional louvers with wide-angle oscillation distribute air evenly throughout the room, eliminating hot/cold spots.

Operating Modes Explained

Cool Mode

Standard cooling operation with adjustable temperature from 16°C to 30°C

Heat Mode

Heating operation with heat pump technology for efficient winter comfort

Dry Mode

Dehumidification without significant cooling, ideal for humid conditions

Fan Mode

Air circulation only with multiple fan speed settings

Auto Mode

Automatically switches between cooling and heating based on room temperature

Sleep Mode

Gradually adjusts temperature and reduces noise for undisturbed sleep

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit won't start Power issue, remote control batteries dead, circuit breaker tripped Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, low refrigerant, blocked airflow Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, clear obstructions
Water leakage Clogged drain line, improper installation slope Clear drain line, ensure proper drainage slope
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration Tighten mounting hardware, clear debris, check isolation pads
Frozen coils Dirty filters, low refrigerant, restricted airflow Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, ensure proper airflow
Bad odors Dirty filters, mold growth in drain pan Clean/replace filters, clean drain pan and line

Error Codes

  • E1: Room temperature sensor failure - Check sensor connection
  • E2: Pipe temperature sensor failure - Check sensor connection
