Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Drill with hole saw attachment
- Vacuum pump and gauge manifold
- Torque wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe cutter and flaring tool
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings) on a solid wall.
- Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors for your wall type.
- Drill Wall Hole: Drill a 65mm hole through the wall at a slight downward angle to the outside.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on a stable, level surface with proper vibration pads and adequate airflow clearance.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and flare connections.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump for at least 15 minutes, then release refrigerant charge.
- Test Run: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
