Inverter Split System

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Drill with hole saw attachment
  • Vacuum pump and gauge manifold
  • Torque wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe cutter and flaring tool

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings) on a solid wall.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors for your wall type.
  3. Drill Wall Hole: Drill a 65mm hole through the wall at a slight downward angle to the outside.
  4. Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on a stable, level surface with proper vibration pads and adequate airflow clearance.
  5. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and flare connections.
  6. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
  7. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump for at least 15 minutes, then release refrigerant charge.
  8. Test Run: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians. DIY installation voids warranty and may be dangerous.
