Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Drill with hole saw
- Tape measure
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge set
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper wall support, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, with adequate clearance for airflow.
- Install Mounting Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors and ensure it is perfectly level.
- Drill Hole for Pipes: Drill a 70mm hole through the wall for refrigerant pipes, drainage hose, and electrical cables.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect the indoor and outdoor unit pipes, ensuring tight connections and proper insulation.
- Connect Drainage Hose: Route the drainage hose with a downward slope to ensure proper water drainage.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 220-240V, 50Hz circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air from refrigerant lines using a vacuum pump, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Run: Run the air conditioner in cooling mode to check for proper operation, cooling performance, and drainage.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| AC won't turn on | Power issue, remote control batteries dead, circuit breaker tripped | Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, low refrigerant, outdoor unit blocked | Clean filters, check for refrigerant leak, clear outdoor unit area |
| Water leaking indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope | Clean drain pipe, ensure proper downward slope |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, vibrating pipes | Tighten all components, clean fan blades, secure pipe insulation |
| Foul odor | Dirty filters, mold growth in indoor unit | Clean/replace filters, run self-cleaning function |
| Remote not working | Batteries dead, signal blocked, sensor issue | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check indoor unit sensor |
