Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe cutter
  • Vacuum pump
  • Manifold gauge
  • Tape measure

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceiling) on a solid, level wall.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely to wall, ensuring it is level. Hang indoor unit on plate.
  3. Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper ventilation clearance (minimum 50cm all sides).
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Ensure proper insulation.
  5. Connect Drain Hose: Route drain hose with downward slope to proper drainage location. Use insulation to prevent condensation.
  6. Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded power supply according to local electrical codes. Use dedicated circuit.
  7. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air and moisture from system using vacuum pump, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
  8. Test Run: Run air conditioner through complete cycle to check cooling, heating, and drainage operation.
Warning: All installations must be performed by a qualified HVAC technician to ensure proper operation, safety, and maintain warranty coverage.
