Key Features

Two-Stage Pump System

Dual-stage compression provides higher efficiency and cooler operation, delivering more air with less energy consumption and extended pump life.

Cast Iron Construction

Heavy-duty cast iron pump and components ensure durability, better heat dissipation, and longer service life in demanding industrial environments.

Magnetic Starter

Professional-grade magnetic starter provides overload protection and allows for remote control operation, enhancing safety and convenience.

ASME Certified Tank

60-gallon ASME certified tank meets highest safety standards and includes a lifetime warranty for peace of mind in industrial applications.

Low RPM Operation

Slow-running pump (1025 RPM) reduces wear, extends component life, and operates quieter than high-speed compressors.

Industrial Duty Components

Features industrial-grade pressure switch, check valve, safety valve, and gauges for reliable performance in continuous duty applications.

Application Capabilities

Spray Painting

Consistent pressure for professional finish spraying applications

Sandblasting

Adequate CFM for medium-duty abrasive blasting operations

Air Tools

Powers multiple impact wrenches, ratchets, and grinders simultaneously

Tire Service

High volume for tire inflation and mounting equipment

Pneumatic Systems

Supports automated machinery and production line equipment

Construction

Runs nail guns, staplers, and other construction tools efficiently

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Compressor won't start Power issue, pressure switch fault, thermal overload Check power supply, reset overload protector, inspect pressure switch
Low pressure output Air leaks, worn rings, intake filter clogged Check for leaks, inspect pump rings, clean/replace air filter
Excessive noise/vibration Loose components, worn bearings, improper mounting Tighten all fasteners, check bearings, ensure proper installation
Overheating Dirty cooling fins, low oil, restricted ventilation Clean cooling surfaces, check oil level, improve ventilation
Oil in air lines Worn piston rings, overfilled oil, wrong oil type Check rings, drain excess oil, use proper compressor oil
Frequent cycling Air leaks, faulty check valve, worn unloader Locate and repair leaks, replace check valve, service unloader

Maintenance Codes & Indicators

  • Red Pressure Gauge: Operating pressure - Monitor during use
  • Yellow Pressure Gauge: Tank pressure - Check when compressor is off
  • Oil Sight Glass: Oil level indicator - Maintain between min/max marks
  • Thermal Overload Reset: Red button on motor - Press if motor overheats
  • Pressure Switch Light: Indicates when compressor is running
  • Safety Valve: Automatic release at 200 PSI - Test monthly
