Tools Needed:
- Refrigeration manifold gauge set

Step-by-Step Installation
- Site Preparation: Select appropriate location with proper clearances, level concrete pad, and adequate structural support.
- Uncrating & Inspection: Remove all shipping materials, inspect for damage, and verify all components are present.
- Refrigerant Line Installation: Install properly sized copper lines with correct insulation. Ensure lines are clean, dry, and properly supported.
- Electrical Connections: Connect to appropriate power supply following local electrical codes. Install disconnect switch within sight of unit.
- Condensate Drain Installation: Install proper drainage system with trap and cleanout access. Ensure proper slope for drainage.
- Evaporator Coil Installation: Install indoor coil in air handler or furnace, ensuring proper airflow and access for service.
- System Evacuation: Evacuate system to 500 microns or less to remove moisture and non-condensables.
- Refrigerant Charging: Charge system with correct refrigerant type and amount according to manufacturer specifications.
- System Startup: Start system, check all operating parameters, and verify proper operation.
