Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Control panel not responding Power loss, tripped breaker, loose wiring Check power supply, reset breaker, verify wiring connections
System not cooling/heating Incorrect mode selection, dirty filters, thermostat issue Verify mode setting, clean/replace filters, check thermostat calibration
Uneven temperature distribution Blocked vents, zoning misconfiguration, duct issues Clear all vents, reconfigure zones, inspect ductwork
Wi-Fi connection lost Router issues, signal interference, incorrect settings Restart router, check signal strength, reconfigure network settings
Error messages on display Sensor failure, communication error, system fault Note error code, check sensor connections, restart system
High energy consumption Dirty coils, refrigerant issues, poor insulation Clean condenser coils, check refrigerant levels, improve insulation

Error Codes

  • E1: Room temperature sensor failure - Check sensor connection
  • E2: Outdoor unit communication error - Check wiring to outdoor unit
  • E3: Compressor overload - Allow system to cool down
  • E4: Low refrigerant pressure - Contact service technician
  • E5: High pressure fault - Clean condenser, check fan operation
  • E6: Defrost system error - Check defrost sensor and heater
  • E7: Fan motor failure - Check indoor fan motor and capacitor
  • E8: Communication error - Reset system, check control wiring
