  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Adjustable wrench
  • Tape measure
  • Vacuum pump and gauge manifold

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper wall support, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, with adequate clearance for airflow.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors and ensure it is perfectly level.
  3. Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on a stable, level surface with proper vibration pads and ensure adequate clearance for airflow and service access.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Lines: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and leak-free connections.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes. Follow wiring diagram precisely.
  6. Vacuum and Charge System: Evacuate air and moisture from refrigerant lines using vacuum pump, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
  7. Test Run: Run the air conditioner through all modes to check for proper cooling, heating, and drainage operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians only. Improper installation can cause injury, property damage, and void warranty.
