Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pliers
- Tape measure
- Pipe thread sealant
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a clean, dry, well-ventilated location on a solid, level floor away from flammable materials.
- Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts, brackets, and packaging materials from the air compressor.
- Check Oil Level: Verify the oil level in the pump is at the proper mark before first use.
- Connect Air Lines: Install proper air hoses and fittings using thread sealant on all connections.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, 15A dedicated circuit. Use appropriate extension cord if needed.
- Position the Compressor: Ensure the compressor is level and stable, allowing adequate clearance for cooling air flow.
- Initial Test Run: Run the compressor without load for 30 minutes to break in the pump, then check for leaks and proper operation.

Key Features
Oil-Lubricated Pump
The oil-lubricated pump provides longer life, quieter operation, and better heat dissipation compared to oil-free models, making it ideal for frequent use.
ASME Certified Tank
The 10-gallon ASME certified tank meets strict safety standards and includes a lifetime warranty for peace of mind and durability.
Thermal Overload Protection
Built-in thermal overload protection automatically shuts off the motor if it overheats, preventing damage and extending motor life.
Dual Quick-Connect Couplers
Two industrial-style quick-connect couplers allow simultaneous use of two air tools without the need for a manifold or additional fittings.
Pressure Regulator with Gauge
Easy-to-read gauges show tank pressure and regulated output pressure, allowing precise control for different tools and applications.
Low Amp Draw Motor
The low amp draw induction motor starts easily on household circuits and provides reliable performance without tripping breakers.
Recommended Applications
Nailing & Stapling
Ideal for framing nailers, finish nailers, and staplers for construction and woodworking projects

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Compressor won't start | Power issue, pressure switch fault, thermal overload tripped | Check power supply, reset thermal overload, check pressure switch |
| Low air pressure | Air leak, worn piston rings, faulty check valve | Check for leaks with soapy water, inspect check valve, check piston rings |
| Excessive noise/vibration | Loose components, worn bearings, improper mounting | Tighten all bolts and fittings, check motor bearings, ensure proper mounting |
| Oil in air lines | Overfilled oil, worn piston rings, faulty air/oil separator | Check oil level, replace piston rings if needed, inspect air/oil separator |
| Motor overheats | Dirty cooling fins, low voltage, excessive cycling | Clean cooling fins, check voltage supply, allow proper cool down time |
| Slow recovery time | Worn valves, leaking tank, restricted intake | Check valve operation, inspect tank for leaks, clean air filter |
Maintenance Schedule
- Daily: Drain moisture from tank, check oil level
- Weekly: Inspect hoses and fittings for leaks
- Monthly: Clean air filter, check belt tension (if applicable)
- Every 3 Months: Change oil, inspect valves
- Annually: Complete system inspection, replace air filter
- As Needed: Check safety valve operation
