Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a clean, dry, well-ventilated location on a solid, level surface away from flammable materials.
- Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all packaging materials and shipping blocks from the air compressor.
- Check Oil Level: Verify the oil level is at the proper mark on the sight glass. Add compressor oil if necessary.
- Connect Air Hose: Attach air hose to the quick-connect coupler using appropriate fittings and thread sealant.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 15A, AC only outlet. Use a dedicated circuit if possible.
- Pressure Settings: Adjust pressure regulator to desired output pressure (typically 90-120 PSI for most tools).
- Initial Run: Run the compressor for 15-20 minutes without load to break in the pump.
