Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a clean, dry, well-ventilated location on a solid, level surface away from flammable materials.
- Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all packaging materials and shipping blocks from the air compressor.
- Check Oil Level: For oil-lubricated models, check and fill with proper compressor oil to the recommended level.
- Connect Air Hose: Attach the air hose to the compressor outlet using appropriate fittings and thread sealant.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 15A, AC outlet with correct circuit protection. Do not use an extension cord.
- Pressure Settings: Set the pressure regulator to the recommended PSI for your tools (typically 90-120 PSI).
- Test Run: Run the compressor through a complete cycle to check for leaks and proper pressure buildup.
