Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe cutter
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge
- Tape measure
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (at least 30cm from walls and ceilings) and solid wall structure.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely on wall, ensuring it is level. Hang indoor unit on plate.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper ventilation and drainage.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to properly rated power supply (220-240V, 50Hz). Follow local electrical codes.
- Connect Drain Hose: Route drain hose with downward slope to ensure proper drainage.
- Vacuum and Leak Test: Evacuate system with vacuum pump and perform leak test before releasing refrigerant.
- Test Run: Run the air conditioner through complete cycle to check operation and temperature performance.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit won't start | Power issue, remote control batteries dead, circuit breaker tripped | Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, incorrect temperature setting | Clean filters, clear obstructions, set appropriate temperature |
| Water leaking indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope | Clean drain pipe, ensure proper downward slope |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, ice formation | Tighten components, clean unit, check for ice buildup |
| Foul odor | Dirty filters, mold growth in drain pan | Clean filters and drain pan, use anti-bacterial treatment |
| Remote not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction, distance too far | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, move closer |
