Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Vacuum pump with manifold gauge
- Torque wrench
- Flaring tool set
- Pipe cutter
- Level
- Drill with core bit
- Refrigerant scale
- Leak detector
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings) and adequate structural support.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely to wall, ensuring it is perfectly level. Hang indoor unit on plate.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper vibration isolation pads. Ensure minimum 50cm clearance on all sides.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Cut copper pipes to required length, flare ends properly, and connect indoor and outdoor units. Use insulation on all piping.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power cables according to wiring diagram. Ensure proper grounding and circuit breaker installation.
- Connect Drain Pipe: Install drain pipe with proper slope (minimum 1/100 gradient) to ensure proper condensation drainage.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system using vacuum pump for minimum 30 minutes. Charge with specified refrigerant amount using scale.
- Test Run: Perform test operation to check cooling/heating functions, verify proper drainage, and check for refrigerant leaks.
