Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Vacuum pump with manifold gauge
  • Torque wrench
  • Flaring tool set
  • Pipe cutter
  • Level
  • Drill with core bit
  • Refrigerant scale
  • Leak detector

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings) and adequate structural support.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely to wall, ensuring it is perfectly level. Hang indoor unit on plate.
  3. Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper vibration isolation pads. Ensure minimum 50cm clearance on all sides.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Cut copper pipes to required length, flare ends properly, and connect indoor and outdoor units. Use insulation on all piping.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect power cables according to wiring diagram. Ensure proper grounding and circuit breaker installation.
  6. Connect Drain Pipe: Install drain pipe with proper slope (minimum 1/100 gradient) to ensure proper condensation drainage.
  7. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system using vacuum pump for minimum 30 minutes. Charge with specified refrigerant amount using scale.
  8. Test Run: Perform test operation to check cooling/heating functions, verify proper drainage, and check for refrigerant leaks.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians only. Improper installation may cause equipment damage, reduced efficiency, and void warranty.
