Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe cutter
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings) and solid wall structure.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely to wall, ensuring it is perfectly level. Hang indoor unit on plate.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper ventilation clearance (minimum 50cm all sides).
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Ensure proper insulation.
- Connect Drain Pipe: Install drain pipe with proper downward slope (minimum 1/100 gradient) to ensure proper drainage.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air and moisture from system using vacuum pump, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Run: Run system through complete test cycle to check cooling, heating, and drainage functions.
