Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench set
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge set
- Pipe cutter
- Flaring tool
- Torque wrench
- Level
- Drill with hole saw
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings) on a solid, level surface.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely to wall, ensuring it is perfectly level. Hang indoor unit on plate.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable platform with proper vibration isolation pads. Ensure adequate airflow clearance.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Ensure proper insulation.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power cables to appropriate terminals. Follow local electrical codes and use proper circuit protection.
- Connect Communication Wiring: Connect control wiring between indoor and outdoor units as per wiring diagram.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system using vacuum pump for minimum 30 minutes. Charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not turning on | Power outage, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead | Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, incorrect temperature setting | Clean filters, clear obstructions, set appropriate temperature |
| Water leaking indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope | Clear drain pipe, ensure proper drainage slope |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration | Tighten components, clear debris, check installation stability |
| Frozen indoor unit | Dirty filters, low refrigerant, fan malfunction | Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, inspect fan motor |
| Remote not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction, distance too far | Replace batteries, clear line of sight, move closer to unit |
