Wi-Fi & Wall Controller Series

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Phillips screwdriver
  • Level
  • Wire strippers
  • Drill with appropriate bits
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location on an interior wall, approximately 1.5 meters above floor level, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  2. Turn Off Power: Ensure main power to the air conditioning system is turned off at the circuit breaker before beginning installation.
  3. Mount Backplate: Mark and drill holes for the controller backplate, ensuring it is level before securing with screws.
  4. Connect Wiring: Connect communication and power wires according to the wiring diagram provided with your Daikin unit.
  5. Attach Controller: Carefully snap the controller unit onto the mounted backplate until it clicks into place.
  6. Restore Power: Turn power back on at the circuit breaker and wait for the controller to initialize.
  7. Initial Setup: Follow on-screen prompts to set language, time, date, and connect to Wi-Fi if applicable.
Warning: Installation must be performed by a qualified HVAC technician to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage.

Troubleshooting
