Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Drill with hole saw attachment
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Torque wrench
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge set
- Flaring tool
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (at least 15cm from ceiling, 30cm from walls) and away from heat sources.
- Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors and ensure it is perfectly level.
- Drill Wall Hole: Drill a 70mm hole through the wall at a slight downward angle to the outside for proper drainage.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper flaring and torque specifications.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate the system using a vacuum pump for at least 15 minutes, then release the pre-charged refrigerant.
- Test Run: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not turning on | Power issue, remote control batteries, circuit breaker | Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, incorrect temperature setting | Clean filters, clear obstructions, set appropriate temperature |
| Water leaking indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation angle | Clear drain pipe, ensure proper installation slope |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, ice buildup | Tighten components, clean unit, check for ice formation |
| Remote not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction, sensor issue | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check sensor |
| Frozen evaporator | Dirty filters, low refrigerant, fan motor issue | Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, inspect fan motor |
