Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Drill with hole saw attachment
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Torque wrench
  • Vacuum pump
  • Manifold gauge set
  • Flaring tool

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (at least 15cm from ceiling, 30cm from walls) and away from heat sources.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors and ensure it is perfectly level.
  3. Drill Wall Hole: Drill a 70mm hole through the wall at a slight downward angle to the outside for proper drainage.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper flaring and torque specifications.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
  6. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate the system using a vacuum pump for at least 15 minutes, then release the pre-charged refrigerant.
  7. Test Run: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by a certified HVAC technician. Improper installation may void warranty and cause safety hazards.
