Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
  • Refrigerant charging scale
  • Torque wrench set
  • Flaring tool set
  • Multimeter
  • Level
  • Drill with hole saw

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings) on a solid wall that can support the unit's weight.
  2. Install Wall Bracket: Securely mount the outdoor unit bracket using appropriate anchors for your wall type, ensuring it is perfectly level.
  3. Create Wall Opening: Drill a 65mm hole through the wall for refrigerant piping, drainage, and electrical connections, ensuring proper slope for drainage.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect indoor and outdoor units with copper pipes using flare connections, ensuring proper insulation on both pipes.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect power supply to the outdoor unit following local electrical codes. Use dedicated circuit with proper grounding.
  6. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate the system using a vacuum pump for at least 15 minutes, then charge with specified amount of R32 refrigerant.
  7. Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation. Check for leaks and proper drainage.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians only. Improper installation may cause injury, damage, or void warranty.
