Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location near a window or exterior wall with proper electrical access and adequate clearance for airflow.
- Prepare Window Kit: For portable models, adjust the window sealing kit to fit your window dimensions securely.
- Install Exhaust Hose: Connect the exhaust hose to the unit and secure it to the window kit, ensuring a tight seal to prevent hot air backflow.
- Position the Unit: Place the air conditioner on a flat, stable surface with at least 50cm clearance on all sides for optimal airflow.
- Electrical Connection: Plug into a dedicated 220-240V, 50Hz grounded outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
- Drainage Setup: For continuous operation, connect the drain hose to the unit and route it to a suitable drainage point.
- Test Operation: Run the air conditioner in cooling mode for 15 minutes to verify proper operation and check for any leaks or unusual noises.
