Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Drill with hole saw attachment
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Tape measure
  • Caulking gun

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near an electrical outlet on an exterior wall with proper support.
  2. Prepare Window Opening: Clean window area and ensure proper measurements for the air conditioner unit.
  3. Install Mounting Brackets: Secure mounting brackets to the window sill according to manufacturer specifications.
  4. Place Air Conditioner: Carefully place the air conditioner unit onto the mounting brackets.
  5. Seal Gaps: Use foam insulation strips to seal gaps between the unit and window frame to prevent air leaks.
  6. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 115V, 60Hz, dedicated circuit outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  7. Test Operation: Turn on the air conditioner and test all functions including cooling, fan speeds, and thermostat settings.
Warning: All installations must be performed by a qualified installer to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage.

Troubleshooting
