Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Drill with hole saw attachment
- Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
- Torque wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe cutter and flaring tool
- Leak detector
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location on a solid wall with proper clearance (at least 15cm from ceiling and 30cm from side walls).
- Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors for your wall type.
- Drill Wall Hole: Drill a 65mm hole through the wall for refrigerant pipes and drainage, ensuring a slight downward slope for drainage.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and flare connections.
- Connect Electrical Wiring: Connect power and communication cables according to wiring diagram. Ensure proper grounding.
- Connect Drainage Hose: Route the drainage hose with continuous downward slope to proper drainage point.
- Vacuum and Charge System: Evacuate air and moisture from refrigerant lines using vacuum pump, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
