Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Drill with hole saw
  • Tape measure
  • Window mounting kit

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a window or wall location that can support the unit's weight and has proper electrical access.
  2. Prepare Opening: For window installation, ensure window frame is clean and secure. For wall installation, cut appropriate sized opening.
  3. Install Mounting Brackets: Securely attach mounting brackets to window sill or wall according to instructions.
  4. Place Air Conditioner: Carefully lift and place the air conditioner unit onto the mounting brackets.
  5. Secure Unit: Use provided screws to secure the air conditioner to the mounting brackets.
  6. Seal Gaps: Install side panels and use weather stripping to seal any gaps around the unit.
  7. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 115V, 15A grounded outlet. Do not use extension cords.
  8. Test Operation: Turn on the unit and test all functions including cooling, fan, and thermostat.
Warning: Installation should be performed by qualified personnel. Improper installation can cause water leakage, electrical shock, or fire.

Troubleshooting
