Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Multimeter
- Refrigerant manifold gauge set
- Vacuum pump
- Leak detector
- Pipe cutter and flaring tool
- Insulation tape and sealant
- Electrical testers
Step-by-Step Installation
- Site Preparation: Select a location with proper clearance, level surface, and access to electrical and drainage connections.
- Mounting Unit: Secure the indoor and outdoor units according to manufacturer specifications using proper brackets and vibration pads.
- Refrigerant Line Installation: Connect copper refrigerant lines with proper insulation, ensuring no kinks or sharp bends.
- Electrical Connections: Connect to dedicated circuit with proper voltage (208-230V) and install disconnect switch within sight of unit.
- Drain Line Installation: Install condensate drain line with proper slope and trap to ensure proper drainage.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system to 500 microns, then charge with correct refrigerant type and amount.
- System Testing: Test all functions including heating, cooling, fan speeds, and thermostat operation.

Key Features
Inverter Technology
Variable speed compressor adjusts output to match heating/cooling demand, improving efficiency up to 40% compared to conventional systems.
Heat Pump Operation
Provides both heating and cooling from one system, with efficient operation down to -15°F outdoor temperatures.
Wi-Fi Connectivity
Smart thermostat integration allows remote control, scheduling, and energy usage monitoring via smartphone app.
Quiet Operation
Advanced sound-dampening technology and variable fan speeds ensure whisper-quiet operation as low as 19 dB.
Air Purification System
Multi-stage filtration including HEPA filter, UV-C light, and ionizer removes up to 99.97% of airborne particles.
Auto-Clean Function
Prevents mold and mildew by drying the indoor unit's heat exchanger after each cooling cycle.
Operating Modes Explained
Cool Mode
Standard air conditioning operation with temperature control and humidity removal
Heat Mode
Heat pump operation for efficient heating during colder months
Auto Mode
System automatically switches between heating and cooling based on room temperature
Dry Mode
Dehumidification without significant cooling for humid conditions
Fan Mode
Circulates air without heating or cooling, with multiple speed options
Sleep Mode
Gradually adjusts temperature for optimal sleeping conditions and reduced noise
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not turning on | Power failure, tripped breaker, faulty thermostat | Check power supply, reset breaker, test thermostat batteries |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, low refrigerant, blocked airflow | Clean/replace filters, check refrigerant charge, clear obstructions |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, failing motor | Tighten mounting hardware, clean fan blades, inspect motor |
| Water leakage | Clogged drain line, frozen coil, improper installation | Clear drain line, check for ice buildup, verify proper slope |
| Frequent cycling | Dirty coils, incorrect sizing, thermostat issues | Clean coils, verify unit capacity, calibrate thermostat |
| Ice formation | Low refrigerant, dirty filter, airflow restriction | Check refrigerant level, replace filter, ensure proper airflow |
Error Codes
