Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a clean, dry, well-ventilated area with sufficient clearance for maintenance and operation.
- Prepare the Surface: Place compressor on a solid, level concrete floor capable of supporting its weight.
- Check Oil Level: Verify oil level is at proper mark on sight glass before first operation.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 240V, 60Hz, 15A circuit with proper grounding. Use appropriate wire gauge.
- Air System Setup: Install air filter, regulator, and moisture trap according to local codes and requirements.
- Pressure Settings: Set cut-in and cut-out pressure according to manufacturer specifications.
- Initial Test Run: Run compressor unloaded for 30 minutes to break in pump components.
