Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

Adjustable wrench set
Pipe thread sealant
Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
Air hose fittings

Step-by-Step Installation

Choose Installation Location: Select a clean, dry, well-ventilated area with sufficient clearance for maintenance access.
Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect for shipping damage. Check all parts against packing list.
Position Compressor: Place on a solid, level surface that can support the weight (approximately 200 lbs when full).
Connect Power: Connect to a dedicated 240V, 60Hz, 15A circuit with proper grounding. Use appropriate wire gauge.
Install Air Lines: Connect air hose to regulator using appropriate fittings. Apply thread sealant to all connections.
Check Oil Level:

Initial Startup: Open tank drain valve, turn power on, and allow compressor to build pressure. Check for leaks.

Warning: Installation should be performed by qualified personnel. Ensure proper ventilation and follow all local electrical codes.
