Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a clean, dry, well-ventilated area with solid, level flooring and adequate clearance for maintenance.
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect for shipping damage. Check oil level if oil-lubricated model.
- Position the Compressor: Place on a level surface. Use vibration pads if installing on concrete floor to reduce noise.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 240V circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
- Air System Setup: Install air filter on intake, connect air lines using appropriate fittings with thread sealant.
- Pressure Settings: Set cut-in and cut-out pressure according to requirements. Factory default is 90-120 PSI.
- Initial Test Run: Run compressor without load for 30 minutes to break in. Check for leaks and proper operation.
