Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Drill with hole saw attachment
- Vacuum pump and gauge manifold
- Torque wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe cutter and flaring tool
- Leak detector
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 15cm from ceiling, 30cm from side walls) on a solid wall.
- Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors and ensure it is perfectly level.
- Drill Wall Hole: Drill a 70mm diameter hole through the wall at a slight downward angle to the outside for drainage.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on a stable, level surface with proper clearance (minimum 30cm all around) for airflow.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation on suction line.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge System: Evacuate air and moisture from refrigerant lines, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Run: Run the air conditioner through all modes to check for proper operation, cooling, and heating performance.
