Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Vacuum pump with manifold gauge
  • Refrigerant charging scale
  • Flaring tool set
  • Tubing cutter
  • Torque wrench
  • Level
  • Power drill with hole saw
  • Leak detector

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 15cm from ceiling, 30cm from walls) and adequate structural support.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the wall bracket using appropriate anchors for wall type (concrete, brick, or drywall).
  3. Create Wall Opening: Drill a 70mm hole through the wall at a downward angle (indoor side higher) for drainage.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and flare connections.
  5. Connect Drainage Pipe: Install drainage pipe with continuous downward slope (minimum 1/100 gradient) to prevent water accumulation.
  6. Electrical Connection: Connect power cables according to local electrical codes. Ensure proper grounding and circuit protection.
  7. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system to 500 microns minimum, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
  8. Test Operation: Run system in cooling and heating modes to verify proper operation and check for leaks.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians only. Improper installation may cause injury, property damage, or void warranty.
