Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Drill with hole saw attachment
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Torque wrench
- Vacuum pump and manifold gauge
- Pipe cutter and flaring tool
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 15cm from ceiling, 30cm from walls) on a solid wall.
- Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors and ensure it is perfectly level.
- Drill Wall Hole: Drill a 65mm hole through the wall for refrigerant pipes and drainage, ensuring slight downward slope for drainage.
- Connect Piping: Connect refrigerant pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and flare connections.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air from refrigerant lines using vacuum pump and charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and drainage system.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not turning on | Power issue, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead | Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, low refrigerant, blocked airflow | Clean filters, check for refrigerant leaks, clear obstructions |
| Water leaking indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope | Clear drain pipe, ensure proper downward slope of drainage |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration | Tighten all screws, clean fan blades, check mounting stability |
| Remote not working | Battery issues, signal obstruction, sensor problem | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check indoor unit sensor |
| Frozen indoor unit | Dirty filters, low refrigerant, fan motor issue | Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, inspect fan operation |
