Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Air conditioner won't start Power issue, remote control batteries dead, circuit breaker tripped Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, low refrigerant, blocked airflow Clean filters, check for refrigerant leak, clear obstructions
Water leaking indoors Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope Clear drain pipe, ensure proper drainage slope
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration Tighten all components, clean fan blades, check installation
Frozen indoor unit Dirty filters, low refrigerant, fan malfunction Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, inspect fan motor
Remote control not working Dead batteries, signal obstruction, sensor issue Replace batteries, ensure clear line of sight, check sensor

Error Codes
