Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe cutter
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge set
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance for airflow and service access, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Securely mount the indoor unit on a sturdy wall using the provided mounting plate.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on a solid, level surface with proper vibration isolation pads.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and leak-free connections.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded power supply according to local electrical codes.
- Connect Drain Hose: Install drain hose with proper slope for water drainage away from the building.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air and moisture from the system, then charge with the specified amount of refrigerant.
- Test Run: Run the air conditioner through all modes to check for proper operation and cooling/heating performance.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Air conditioner won't start | Power issue, remote control batteries dead, circuit breaker tripped | Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, low refrigerant, blocked airflow | Clean filters, check for refrigerant leak, clear obstructions |
| Water leaking indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope | Clear drain pipe, ensure proper drainage slope |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration | Tighten all components, clean fan blades, check installation |
| Frozen indoor unit | Dirty filters, low refrigerant, fan malfunction | Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, inspect fan motor |
| Remote control not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction, sensor issue | Replace batteries, ensure clear line of sight, check sensor |
