Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit not turning on Power issue, remote control batteries dead, circuit breaker tripped Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, low refrigerant, blocked airflow Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, clear obstructions
Water leaking indoors Clogged drain pipe, improper installation Clear drain pipe, ensure proper slope of drain line
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration Tighten components, clean fan blades, check mounting
Frozen coils Dirty filters, low refrigerant, restricted airflow Clean filters, check refrigerant level, ensure proper airflow
Bad odor Dirty filters, mold growth in drain pan Clean/replace filters, clean drain pan and line

Error Codes

  • E1: Room temperature sensor error - Check sensor connection
