Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Drill with hole saw attachment
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Level
  • Tape measure
  • Adjustable wrench
  • Wall sleeve kit (included)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location near electrical outlet, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, with proper wall support.
  2. Prepare Wall Opening: Cut appropriate wall opening according to dimensions in manual. Ensure proper clearance around unit.
  3. Install Wall Sleeve: Secure wall sleeve in opening using provided screws. Ensure it is level and properly sealed.
  4. Mount Indoor Unit: Attach mounting bracket to wall, then hang indoor unit securely on bracket.
  5. Connect Outdoor Unit: Position outdoor unit on stable surface, connect refrigerant lines, and ensure proper drainage.
  6. Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated 115V, 60Hz, 15A circuit. Follow local electrical codes.
  7. Vacuum and Test: Vacuum refrigerant lines, check for leaks, and perform test run to ensure proper operation.
Warning: Installation should be performed by qualified HVAC technician. Improper installation may void warranty and cause safety hazards.
