Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Drill with hole saw
- Tape measure
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge set
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper wall support, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, with adequate clearance for airflow.
- Install Mounting Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors and ensure it is perfectly level.
- Prepare Wall Opening: Drill a 3-inch hole through the wall for refrigerant lines and drainage hose, ensuring proper slope for drainage.
- Connect Refrigerant Lines: Connect the indoor and outdoor units with refrigerant lines, ensuring all connections are tight and properly insulated.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 220V, 50Hz circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge System: Evacuate air and moisture from the system using a vacuum pump, then charge with the specified amount of refrigerant.
- Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and drainage to ensure proper operation.
