Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Drill with hole saw attachment
- Vacuum pump and manifold gauge
- Torque wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe cutter and flaring tool
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (at least 15cm from ceiling and walls) and away from heat sources.
- Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors for your wall type.
- Drill Wall Hole: Drill a 70mm hole through the wall with a slight downward slope to the outside for drainage.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation on pipes.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
- Vacuum and Charge System: Evacuate air and moisture from refrigerant lines before charging with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
