Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Drill with hole saw attachment
  • Vacuum pump and manifold gauge
  • Torque wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe cutter and flaring tool

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (at least 15cm from ceiling and walls) and away from heat sources.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors for your wall type.
  3. Drill Wall Hole: Drill a 70mm hole through the wall with a slight downward slope to the outside for drainage.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation on pipes.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
  6. Vacuum and Charge System: Evacuate air and moisture from refrigerant lines before charging with specified refrigerant amount.
  7. Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by a certified HVAC technician. DIY installation voids warranty and may be dangerous.
