Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Drill with concrete/masonry bits
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Adjustable wrench
- Tape measure
- Vacuum pump and gauge manifold
- Pipe cutter and flaring tool
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper wall support, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, with adequate clearance for airflow.
- Install Mounting Bracket: Securely mount the bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors for your wall type.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect indoor and outdoor units with insulated copper pipes using flare connections.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
- Drainage Connection: Install drain hose with proper downward slope to ensure water drainage.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air and moisture from refrigerant lines, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not turning on | Power issue, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead | Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries |
| Not cooling/heating properly | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, incorrect temperature setting | Clean filters, clear obstructions, set appropriate temperature |
| Water leaking indoors | Clogged drain, improper installation slope | Clear drain line, ensure proper installation angle |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, improper installation | Tighten all screws, clear debris, check installation |
| Remote not working | Batteries dead, signal blocked, sensor issue | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check sensor |
| Unit freezing up | Dirty filters, low refrigerant, fan motor issue | Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, inspect fan motor |
