Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Small Phillips screwdriver
  • Wall anchors (if not included)
  • Level
  • Pencil
  • Drill (for wall mounting)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location within 8 meters of the indoor unit, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  2. Insert Batteries: Open the battery compartment and insert two AAA batteries, observing correct polarity.
  3. Wall Mounting (Optional): Use the wall mount bracket provided. Mark screw positions, drill holes, insert anchors, and secure the bracket.
  4. Controller Setup: Point the controller at the indoor unit and press the power button to establish connection.
  5. Initial Settings: Set current time, date, and preferred temperature units (Celsius/Fahrenheit).
  6. Test Functions: Test all basic functions including mode selection, temperature adjustment, and fan speed control.
  7. Advanced Configuration: Configure timer settings, sleep mode, and eco mode according to your preferences.
Warning: Keep the controller away from water and extreme temperatures. Use only specified battery types to prevent damage.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Controller not responding Dead batteries, blocked signal, out of range Replace batteries, ensure clear line of sight, move closer to indoor unit
