Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
- Refrigerant charging scale
- Torque wrench set
- Flaring tool kit
- Pipe cutter and reamer
- Multimeter
- Level
- Drill with core bit
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearances (minimum 15cm from ceiling, 30cm from side walls) on a solid wall that can support unit weight.
- Install Wall Mounting Plate: Securely mount the installation plate to the wall using appropriate anchors, ensuring it is perfectly level.
- Prepare Refrigerant Piping: Cut copper pipes to required length, deburr ends, and flare connections to proper specifications (45° flare angle).
- Connect Refrigerant Lines: Connect indoor and outdoor units with insulated copper pipes, ensuring all connections are tight and leak-free.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power supply wiring according to local electrical codes. Connect communication cable between indoor and outdoor units.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system to 500 microns minimum, hold for 15 minutes to check for leaks, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Operation: Power on system and test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not turning on | Power outage, circuit breaker tripped, remote battery dead | Check power supply, reset breaker, replace remote batteries |
| Poor cooling/heating | Dirty filters, blocked airflow, incorrect temperature setting | Clean filters, remove obstructions, set appropriate temperature |
| Water dripping indoors | Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope | Clear drain pipe, ensure proper drainage slope |
| Unusual noises | Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration from mounting | Tighten all screws, clean indoor unit, check mounting stability |
| Remote not working | Dead batteries, signal obstruction, remote sensor issue | Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check remote sensor |
| Frozen indoor unit | Dirty filters, low refrigerant, fan motor failure | Clean filters, check refrigerant charge, inspect fan motor |
