Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe cutter
- Vacuum pump
- Manifold gauge
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 15cm from ceiling, 30cm from walls) and solid wall structure.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely to wall, ensuring it's level. Hang indoor unit on plate.
- Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper ventilation (minimum 30cm clearance on all sides).
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units. Ensure proper insulation on pipes.
- Electrical Connection: Connect power cables to appropriate terminals. Follow local electrical codes and use dedicated circuit.
- Connect Drain Hose: Route drain hose with proper downward slope to ensure water drainage.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air from refrigerant lines using vacuum pump, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Run: Run the air conditioner through complete cooling and heating cycles to check operation.
