Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Phillips screwdriver
  • Wall anchors and screws
  • Drill with appropriate bits
  • Level
  • Wire strippers
  • Multimeter

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location on an interior wall, approximately 1.5 meters above floor level, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  2. Prepare Mounting Area: Mark the mounting holes using the provided template. Ensure the location allows for proper signal transmission to the indoor unit.
  3. Connect Wiring: For wired controllers, connect the communication wires to the appropriate terminals on both the controller and indoor unit following the wiring diagram.
  4. Mount the Controller: Secure the controller base plate to the wall using the provided screws and wall anchors.
  5. Power Connection: Connect to the indoor unit's power supply. For wireless models, insert batteries ensuring correct polarity.
  6. Attach Controller Faceplate: Carefully snap the controller faceplate onto the mounted base until it clicks into place.
  7. Initial Setup: Power on the system and follow the initial setup procedure to pair the controller with your Mitsubishi air conditioning unit.

Troubleshooting
