Wall Mounted Split System

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
  • Refrigerant scale
  • Flaring tool set
  • Tubing cutter
  • Torque wrench
  • Level
  • Drill with core bit

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from ceiling, 15cm from walls) and adequate structural support.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the wall bracket using appropriate anchors for your wall type, ensuring it is perfectly level.
  3. Install Refrigerant Piping: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and avoiding sharp bends.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect power wiring according to local electrical codes. Ensure proper grounding and correct voltage (220-240V).
  5. Drainage Installation: Install drain hose with proper downward slope (minimum 1/100 gradient) to ensure water drainage.
  6. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate the system using a vacuum pump for at least 15 minutes, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
  7. Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians only. Improper installation may void warranty and create safety hazards.

Key Features

Inverter Technology

Advanced DC inverter compressor adjusts cooling/heating output precisely to maintain desired temperature with minimal energy consumption and temperature fluctuations.

3D i-See Sensor

Intelligent sensor detects human presence and movement, automatically directing airflow away from occupants for enhanced comfort while optimizing energy usage.

Quiet Operation

Specially designed fan blades and sound-dampening materials enable whisper-quiet operation as low as 19 dB, quieter than a library.

Eco-friendly R32 Refrigerant

Uses R32 refrigerant with lower global warming potential (GWP) compared to traditional refrigerants, reducing environmental impact by 75%.

Wi-Fi Connectivity

Built-in Wi-Fi allows remote control via smartphone app, enabling scheduling, energy monitoring, and smart home integration.

Plasma Quad Filter

Four-stage filtration system removes dust, pollen, odors, and bacteria while generating plasma ions to purify indoor air quality.

Operating Modes Explained

Auto Mode

Intelligently switches between cooling and heating based on room temperature for optimal comfort

Eco Mode

Reduces energy consumption by optimizing temperature settings and fan speed

Powerful Mode

Maximum cooling/heating capacity for rapid temperature adjustment

Sleep Mode

Gradually adjusts temperature and reduces fan noise for undisturbed sleep

Dry Mode

Dehumidifies air without significant cooling, ideal for humid conditions

Fan Only Mode

Circulates air without cooling or heating for ventilation

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit not turning on Power outage, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, blocked airflow, incorrect temperature setting Clean filters, clear obstructions, set appropriate temperature
Water leakage Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope Clean drain pipe, ensure proper downward slope
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, ice buildup Tighten components, clean fan blades, check for ice formation
Remote not working Batteries dead, signal blocked, sensor issue Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check sensor window
Frequent cycling Dirty filters, thermostat issues, incorrect sizing Clean filters, check thermostat location, verify unit capacity

Error Codes

  • E0: Protection device activated - Wait 3 minutes and restart
  • E1: Indoor PCB issue - Contact service center
  • E6: Communication error - Check wiring between units
  • H0: Sensor malfunction - Check temperature sensors
  • H9: Outdoor temperature sensor error - Contact service
  • P1: Overload protection - Reduce load, check ventilation
  • P8: High temperature protection - Check for blocked airflow
