Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
  • Refrigerant charging scale
  • Torque wrench set
  • Flaring tool kit
  • Multimeter
  • Level
  • Drill with hole saw

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from ceiling, 15cm from walls) and solid wall structure.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the mounting plate to the wall using appropriate anchors for wall type.
  3. Create Wall Opening: Drill a 65mm hole through the wall for refrigerant piping and drainage hose.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect indoor and outdoor units with flare connections, ensuring proper torque specifications.
  5. Connect Drain Hose: Install drain hose with proper downward slope (minimum 1/100 gradient) to ensure proper drainage.
  6. Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
  7. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system to 500 microns, hold for 15 minutes, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
  8. Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians to ensure proper operation, safety, and maintain warranty coverage.

Key Features

Inverter Technology

Advanced DC inverter compressor adjusts cooling/heating output to match room requirements, providing consistent temperature control while reducing energy consumption by up to 30%.

3D i-See Sensor

Intelligent sensor detects human presence and movement, automatically directing airflow away from occupants for enhanced comfort while optimizing energy usage.

Plasma Quad Plus

Four-stage air purification system removes dust, pollen, odors, and bacteria while deactivating viruses and mold spores for healthier indoor air quality.

Wide-angle Airflow

Multi-directional vanes distribute air evenly throughout the room, eliminating hot/cold spots and ensuring uniform temperature distribution.

Wi-Fi Control

Connect to home network for remote control via smartphone app, allowing scheduling, monitoring, and control from anywhere with internet access.

Eco-friendly R32 Refrigerant

Uses next-generation refrigerant with lower global warming potential (GWP 675) compared to traditional refrigerants, reducing environmental impact.

Operation Modes Explained

Auto Mode

Intelligently switches between cooling and heating based on room temperature for optimal comfort

Eco Mode

Reduces energy consumption by optimizing operation while maintaining comfort levels

Powerful Mode

Maximum cooling/heating capacity for rapid temperature adjustment

Sleep Mode

Gradually adjusts temperature and reduces fan speed for undisturbed sleep

Dry Mode

Dehumidifies air without significant cooling for comfortable humidity control

Quiet Mode

Minimizes operational noise for libraries, bedrooms, or offices

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit not turning on Power outage, circuit breaker tripped, remote battery dead Check power supply, reset circuit breaker, replace remote batteries
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, blocked airflow, incorrect temperature setting Clean filters, clear obstructions, set appropriate temperature
Water dripping indoors Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope Clear drain pipe, ensure proper drainage slope
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, ice buildup Tighten components, clean fan blades, check for ice formation
Remote not working Dead batteries, signal obstruction, sensor issue Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check sensor window
Error code displayed System malfunction, sensor failure, communication error Refer to error code chart, contact service if persistent

Common Error Codes

  • P1/P2: Indoor/outdoor unit communication error - Check wiring connections
  • E1/E2: Temperature sensor failure - Replace faulty sensor
  • E5/E6: Overload protection - Check for obstructions, allow unit to rest
  • H1/H2: Defrost operation - Normal operation in heating mode
  • F1/F2: Fan motor error - Check fan motor and blades
  • U4: Indoor-outdoor communication error - Check wiring and connections
