Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe cutter
  • Vacuum pump
  • Manifold gauge set
  • Torque wrench

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceiling) and solid wall structure.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the mounting plate to the wall using appropriate anchors for wall type.
  3. Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on stable, level surface with proper vibration isolation pads.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and flare connections.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect power cables to appropriate circuit breaker (15-20A depending on model). Ensure proper grounding.
  6. Connect Communication Cable: Connect control wiring between indoor and outdoor units following wiring diagram.
  7. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system with vacuum pump for minimum 15 minutes, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
  8. Test Run: Run system in cooling and heating modes to verify proper operation and check for leaks.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technician. DIY installation voids warranty and may be dangerous.
