Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Vacuum pump with gauge manifold
  • Refrigerant charging scale
  • Tubing cutter and flaring tool
  • Torque wrench
  • Multimeter
  • Level
  • Drill with hole saw

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (at least 15cm from ceiling, 30cm from walls) and away from heat sources.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors for your wall type.
  3. Install Refrigerant Piping: Connect refrigerant pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation on all piping.
  4. Electrical Connections: Connect power supply wiring according to local electrical codes and unit specifications.
  5. Drainage Installation: Install drain hose with proper downward slope (minimum 1/100 gradient) to ensure proper drainage.
  6. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate the system using a vacuum pump, then charge with the specified amount of refrigerant.
  7. Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians only. Improper installation may cause injury, damage, or void warranty.

Key Features

Inverter Technology

Advanced DC inverter compressor adjusts cooling/heating output precisely to maintain desired temperature with minimal energy consumption and temperature fluctuations.

3D i-See Sensor

Intelligent infrared sensors detect human presence and movement, automatically directing airflow away from occupants for enhanced comfort.

Eco-friendly R32 Refrigerant

Uses R32 refrigerant with lower global warming potential (GWP 675) compared to traditional refrigerants, reducing environmental impact.

Wi-Fi Control

Built-in Wi-Fi connectivity allows remote control via smartphone app, scheduling, energy monitoring, and integration with smart home systems.

Plasma Quad Plus

Four-stage air purification system removes dust, allergens, odors, and bacteria while inhibiting mold growth on heat exchanger.

Wide-angle Airflow

Multi-directional vanes distribute air evenly throughout the room, eliminating hot/cold spots and ensuring consistent comfort.

Operation Modes

Auto Mode

Intelligently switches between cooling and heating based on room temperature

Eco Mode

Optimizes operation for maximum energy savings while maintaining comfort

Powerful Mode

Rapid cooling/heating for quick temperature adjustment

Quiet Mode

Ultra-quiet operation for nighttime or office use

Dry Mode

Dehumidifies air without significant temperature change

Fan Only

Circulates air without cooling or heating

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit not turning on Power failure, circuit breaker tripped, remote control batteries dead Check power supply, reset breaker, replace remote batteries
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, blocked airflow, refrigerant leak Clean filters, clear obstructions, contact technician for leak check
Water dripping indoors Clogged drain pipe, improper installation slope Clear drain pipe, ensure proper drainage slope
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, ice formation Tighten components, clean unit, check for ice buildup
Error code displayed System malfunction, sensor failure Note error code and contact service center
Remote not working Batteries dead, signal blocked, distance too far Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, stay within 7 meters

Common Error Codes

  • E1: Room temperature sensor error - Check sensor connection
  • E6: Communication error between units - Check wiring connections
  • H1: Compressor overload protection - Wait 3 minutes and restart
  • P1: Fan motor error - Check fan operation and connections
  • P8: High pressure protection - Clean outdoor unit, check refrigerant
  • U4: Indoor/outdoor communication failure - Check wiring and power
