Wall Mounted Split System

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Refrigeration gauge manifold
  • Vacuum pump
  • Torque wrench
  • Pipe cutter and flaring tool
  • Multimeter
  • Level

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from ceiling, 15cm from walls) and away from heat sources.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely to wall using appropriate anchors for wall type.
  3. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Ensure proper insulation.
  4. Electrical Connections: Connect power supply cables to terminal blocks following wiring diagram. Ensure proper grounding.
  5. Connect Communication Cable: Connect control wiring between indoor and outdoor units as specified in manual.
  6. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system to 500 microns minimum, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
  7. Test Operation: Run system in cooling and heating modes to verify proper operation and check for leaks.
Warning: Installation must be performed by qualified HVAC technicians certified for refrigerant handling to ensure safety and maintain warranty.
