Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Refrigeration gauge manifold
- Vacuum pump
- Torque wrench
- Pipe cutter and flaring tool
- Multimeter
- Level
Step-by-Step Installation
- Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from ceiling, 15cm from walls) and away from heat sources.
- Mount Indoor Unit: Install mounting plate securely to wall using appropriate anchors for wall type.
- Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units using flare connections. Ensure proper insulation.
- Electrical Connections: Connect power supply cables to terminal blocks following wiring diagram. Ensure proper grounding.
- Connect Communication Cable: Connect control wiring between indoor and outdoor units as specified in manual.
- Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate system to 500 microns minimum, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
- Test Operation: Run system in cooling and heating modes to verify proper operation and check for leaks.
