Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Drill with hole saw attachment
  • Vacuum pump and manifold gauge
  • Torque wrench
  • Level
  • Pipe cutter and flaring tool
  • Insulation tape and sealant

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Select Installation Location: Choose a location with proper clearance (minimum 15cm from ceiling, 30cm from walls) and adequate structural support.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the wall bracket using appropriate anchors for your wall type, ensuring it is perfectly level.
  3. Create Wall Opening: Drill a 65mm hole through the wall for refrigerant pipes, drain hose, and electrical cables.
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect indoor and outdoor units with copper pipes, ensuring proper insulation and flare connections.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated circuit with proper grounding according to local electrical codes.
  6. Drainage Setup: Install drain hose with proper downward slope (minimum 1:100 gradient) to ensure proper condensation drainage.
  7. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air and moisture from refrigerant lines using vacuum pump, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
  8. Test Operation: Test all functions including cooling, heating, fan speeds, and remote control operation.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians only. DIY installation voids warranty and may cause safety hazards.
