Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench set
- Pressure gauge
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe thread sealant
- Level
- Air hose fittings
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a clean, dry, well-ventilated area with sufficient space for maintenance access and proper airflow.
- Prepare Foundation: Ensure a solid, level concrete foundation that can support the compressor's weight and absorb vibration.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to appropriate power supply (see specifications). Ensure proper grounding and circuit protection.
- Air System Connection: Install air lines using proper pipe size and slope for drainage. Include shut-off valves and moisture traps.
- Pressure Settings: Set cut-in and cut-out pressures according to requirements. Adjust pressure relief valve to proper setting.
- Oil Check: Verify proper oil level using sight glass. Use only recommended compressor oil.
- Initial Run Test: Run compressor without load for 30 minutes, then gradually increase pressure while checking for leaks and proper operation.

Key Features
Two-Stage Pump System
Advanced two-stage compression provides higher efficiency, cooler operation, and longer pump life compared to single-stage compressors.
Cast Iron Construction
Heavy-duty cast iron cylinders and components ensure durability, better heat dissipation, and reduced maintenance requirements.
ASME Certified Tank
80-gallon ASME certified air tank with automatic drain valve provides reliable air storage and meets strict safety standards.
Thermal Overload Protection
Built-in thermal overload protection prevents motor damage from overheating during continuous operation or voltage fluctuations.
Pressure Control System
Precision pressure switch with adjustable cut-in/cut-out settings allows customization for specific application requirements.
Low Oil Shutdown
Automatic shutdown feature activates when oil level drops below safe operating level, preventing pump damage.
Operating Modes Explained
Continuous Run
For applications requiring constant air supply with automatic pressure regulation
Intermittent Duty
Optimal for workshop use with regular start/stop cycles and rest periods
High Pressure Mode
Delivers maximum pressure for specialized tools and applications
Energy Saver
Reduces power consumption during periods of low demand
Maintenance Cycle
Special mode for maintenance procedures and system checks
Winter Operation
Optimized settings for cold weather operation and freeze protection
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Compressor won't start | Power issue, pressure switch fault, thermal overload | Check power supply, reset overload, test pressure switch |
| Low air pressure | Air leaks, worn valves, intake filter clogged | Check for leaks, inspect valves, clean/replace air filter |
| Excessive noise/vibration | Loose components, worn bearings, improper mounting | Tighten all fasteners, check bearings, ensure proper foundation |
| Overheating | Dirty cooling fins, low oil, restricted airflow | Clean cooling surfaces, check oil level, ensure proper ventilation |
| Oil in air lines | Worn piston rings, overfilled oil, faulty separator | Check piston rings, adjust oil level, replace separator element |
| Frequent cycling | Air leaks, faulty check valve, undersized tank | Locate and repair leaks, replace check valve, verify system requirements |
Error Codes & Indicators
- E01: Over temperature - Allow to cool, check ventilation
- E02: Low oil pressure - Check oil level and pump
- E03: Motor overload - Reduce load, check voltage
