Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench set
- Air pressure gauge
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe thread sealant
- Level
- Safety gloves and goggles
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a well-ventilated area with solid, level flooring away from flammable materials and excessive moisture.
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect for shipping damage. Check all components against packing list.
- Position the Compressor: Place on a stable surface with adequate clearance (minimum 30cm) on all sides for proper ventilation.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to appropriate power supply (see specifications). Ensure proper grounding. Use dedicated circuit if required.
- Air System Connection: Install air filter on intake. Connect air discharge line using appropriate fittings and thread sealant.
- Drain Installation: Connect condensate drain line to automatic drain valve if equipped.
- Pressure Settings: Set cut-in and cut-out pressures according to requirements using pressure switch adjustment.
- Initial Test Run: Run compressor without load for 10 minutes to check for proper operation and leaks.

Key Features
Rotary Screw Technology
Advanced rotary screw design provides continuous air flow with minimal pulsation, ensuring consistent pressure for demanding industrial applications.
Energy Efficient Operation
Variable speed drive adjusts motor speed to match air demand, reducing energy consumption by up to 35% compared to fixed-speed compressors.
Advanced Control System
Digital microprocessor control monitors system parameters, provides diagnostic information, and allows precise pressure and flow adjustments.
Integrated Cooling System
Efficient air-to-oil cooling system maintains optimal operating temperatures even in high ambient conditions, extending component life.
Quiet Operation
Sound-dampening enclosure and precision engineering reduce operational noise to 68 dB, suitable for indoor installation.
Automatic Drain System
Programmable electronic drain valve automatically removes condensate from the air system, preventing water contamination.
Operating Modes
Auto Start/Stop
Automatically starts when pressure drops below set point and stops when tank is full
Continuous Run
Maintains constant operation for applications requiring uninterrupted air supply
Weekend Mode
Reduces standby pressure during non-operational periods to save energy
Maintenance Mode
Facilitates service procedures by controlling specific components independently
Remote Control
Allows operation and monitoring from remote location via optional interface
Dual Pressure
Provides two different pressure settings for varying tool requirements
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Compressor won't start | Power issue, pressure switch fault, thermal overload | Check power supply, reset overload protector, verify pressure switch setting |
| Low air pressure | Air leaks, clogged filter, worn components | Check for leaks, replace air filter, inspect valves and seals |
| Excessive noise/vibration | Loose components, worn bearings, improper mounting | Tighten all fasteners, check mounting bolts, inspect motor bearings |
| Overheating | Dirty cooling fins, low oil, restricted ventilation | Clean cooling system, check oil level, ensure adequate airflow |
| Oil in air lines | Worn separator, overfilled oil, incorrect oil type | Replace separator element, drain excess oil, use recommended oil |
| Frequent cycling | Air leaks, large demand, small receiver tank | Repair leaks, reduce simultaneous tool use, check tank size adequacy |
