Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe cutter
  • Vacuum pump
  • Manifold gauge
  • Torque wrench

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper clearance (minimum 30cm from walls and ceilings) on a solid wall that can support the unit's weight.
  2. Mount Indoor Unit Bracket: Securely mount the mounting plate to the wall using appropriate anchors for your wall type.
  3. Install Outdoor Unit: Place outdoor unit on a stable, level surface with proper ventilation clearance (minimum 50cm on all sides).
  4. Connect Refrigerant Pipes: Connect copper pipes between indoor and outdoor units, ensuring proper insulation and leak-free connections.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 220-240V, 50Hz power supply with dedicated circuit breaker.
  6. Vacuum and Charge: Evacuate air and moisture from refrigerant lines using a vacuum pump, then charge with specified refrigerant amount.
  7. Test Run: Run the air conditioner in cooling and heating modes to check for proper operation and temperature performance.
Warning: Installation must be performed by certified HVAC technicians only. Improper installation may cause injury, poor performance, and void warranty.

Key Features

Inverter Technology

Advanced DC inverter compressor adjusts cooling/heating power precisely to maintain desired temperature, reducing energy consumption by up to 30% compared to conventional units.

3D i-See Sensor

Intelligent sensor detects human presence and movement, automatically directing airflow away from occupants for maximum comfort while optimizing energy efficiency.

Quiet Operation

Specialized noise reduction technology ensures ultra-quiet operation as low as 19 dB, quieter than a whisper, for undisturbed sleep and peaceful environment.

Wide-angle Airflow

Multi-directional vanes distribute air evenly throughout the room, eliminating hot/cold spots and ensuring consistent temperature in every corner.

Eco-friendly R32 Refrigerant

Uses R32 refrigerant with lower global warming potential (GWP) than conventional refrigerants, reducing environmental impact by approximately 75%.

Wi-Fi Connectivity

Built-in Wi-Fi allows remote control via smartphone app, enabling scheduling, monitoring energy usage, and receiving maintenance alerts from anywhere.

Advanced Operation Modes

Powerful Mode

Rapid cooling/heating to reach desired temperature quickly, then automatically switches to normal operation

Eco Mode

Optimizes energy consumption while maintaining comfort, reducing power usage by up to 40%

Sleep Mode

Gradually adjusts temperature and reduces fan speed for optimal sleeping conditions throughout the night

Dry Mode

Reduces humidity without overcooling the room, ideal for rainy seasons and damp environments

Auto Swing

Automatic vertical and horizontal airflow adjustment for even temperature distribution

I-Feel Control

Remote control acts as temperature sensor, ensuring optimal comfort at your exact location

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Unit won't start Power issue, remote control batteries dead, circuit breaker tripped Check power supply, replace remote batteries, reset circuit breaker
Poor cooling/heating Dirty filters, blocked airflow, refrigerant leak, outdoor unit obstructed Clean filters, clear obstructions, check for leaks, ensure outdoor unit ventilation
Water leaking indoors Clogged drain pipe, improper installation, frozen evaporator Clear drain pipe, check installation angle, defrost unit
Unusual noises Loose parts, debris in fan, vibration from mounting Tighten all screws, clear debris, check mounting stability
Foul odor Dirty filters, mold growth in drain pan, accumulated dust Clean filters and drain pan, use anti-bacterial treatment
Remote not working Dead batteries, signal obstruction, remote sensor issue Replace batteries, ensure line of sight, check remote sensor

Error Codes

  • E0: Protection device activated - Check for obstructions and wait 3 minutes
  • E1: Indoor PCB issue - Contact service center
  • E6: Communication error - Check wiring between indoor and outdoor units
  • E7: Outdoor fan motor issue - Contact service center
  • H1: Defrosting operation - Normal operation during heating mode
  • P1: Voltage protection - Check power supply voltage
  • P8: High temperature protection - Allow unit to cool down
